INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD

This matter

is presently before

the Board on a Petition

for Variance from Rule 205(f) of Chapter

2: Air Pollution,

concerning the use of organic solvents at Petitioner’s Dixon,

Illinois manufacturing facility.

On September 29, 1975,

this

Board enacted an amendment to Rule 205(f)

in a Regulatory

proceeding designated R75-3, extending the date for compliance

under Rule 205(f) (2) (D)

to May 30,

1977.

The matter is remanded

to the parties for submission of briefs on the applicability

of the newly amended Regulation to Daubert’s emissions which

are the subject of the Variance proceeding,

or for other suitable

action.
