is inadequate
in that it
gives
only conclusory statements
as
to the environmental effects
of the
sulfur dioxide discharge requested
(see pp.
5-6
of petition).
The location and distance
to the nearest residences
shall
be supplied as well as the stack height
front which the sulfur
dioxide will discharge and an estimate of ambient air quality
that will result at the nearest human habitation.
Such submission shall be made within 35 days from the
date of this
order.
Failure to timely file the needed information
shall make the petition liable
to dismissal for inadequacy.
The
90-day decision period set by statute shall
run from the date of
filing the additional information.
