    On August 4, 2000, petitioner, Clayton Chemical Acquisition Limited Liability Company
    d/b/a Resource Recovery Group, L.L.C., requested an extension of time until August 28, 2000, to
    file a response to respondent’s motion for summary judgment. On August 14, 2000, respondent
    filed a response which did not oppose petitioner’s request for an extension of time. Petitioner’s
    request is granted. Its response is now due on or before August 28, 2000.
