ORDER OF THE BOARD
 (by B. Forcade):
On September
 14,
 1987, Waste Management,
 Inc.
 filed
 a motion
to extend
 time.
That motion requests an extension until October
14,
 1987,
 for Waste Management to respond
 to the January 20,
1987,
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) motion
 to
modify the Board’s November
 26,
 1984, Order.
 With some modifi-
cations,
 that motion
 is granted.
Waste Management requested until October
 14,
 1987,
 to
reply.
That would leave the Board inadequate time
 to review the
reply
 in time for
 the October
 15,
 1987, Board meeting.
 Conse-
quently,
 the Board
will move the response date back
 to Friday,
October
 9,
 l987~.
 Also,
 should Waste Management seek an
additional extension of time to reply,
 it must inform the Agency
 not later
 than October
 5,
 1987.
 The Agency is requested
 to state
its position on any such extension not later
 than October
 9,
1987.
The Board last considered
 the facts of
 this case
 in 1984 and
is not aware of how present circumstances might differ.
 Thus,
 as
a second modification,
the Board orders the parties to file
 a
status report not later than October
 9,
 1987.
 That report should
briefly indicate whether any portion of the ESL facility
 is
presently accepting solid,
 special or hazardous wastes.
 If so,
the report should briefly explain what portion is receiving what
type of wastes.
 The
status report may be either
 a brief joint
document or
 brief individual filings.
IT IS SO ORDERED
Board Members Joan Anderson and J. Theodore Meyer dissented.
