denied.
The Board only grants motions for a view of premises when
the
situation is novel or unique or w~ierethe Board feels that such view
would
be
necessary
for
a
proper
determination
of
the
case.
The
standard
procedure
for
proof
of
violation
is through sworn
testimony at hearing, not by
a view.
This Motion does not fall into the area where the Board feels
a view
is necessary.
Therefore,
the Motion
is denied.
