    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 7, 2004, petitioner stated that it would mail its motion to voluntarily
    dismiss this appeal within the next two days. To date, the motion has not been filed.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:30 p.m. on January 4, 2005. If the motion to dismiss or a waiver of the decision
    deadline is not filed by that date, this case will be set for hearing.
     
    The decision deadline in this case is April 13, 2005.
