    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 12, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have reached a settlement agreement; however, petitioner will hold
    off on dismissing the petition until certain terms of the agreement are met. Petitioner agreed to
    file an additional six month waiver of the decision deadline within the next seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on December 7, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
     
    The decision deadline in this case is January 20, 2004.
