    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On January 13, 2005 all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties represented that discovery is proceeding and that depositions
    continue to be scheduled and held. Petitioner represented that it will file a waiver of the
    statutory decision deadline to and including May 19, 2005.
     
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on February 15, 2005, at 11:45 a.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
