HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 3, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney did not appear, but previously advised
petitioner that it would urge the technical unit to send a letter proposing ways to resolve
this matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on December 13, 2005. The telephone status conference will
be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
