(LTV)
filed a motion
requesting the
Board to stay the proceedings
in this matter for a
period
of ninety days.
LTV contends that such period will
provide an
opportunity to resolve the case via a negotiated
settlement.
LTV’s motion is accompanied by a ninety day waiver
of the statutory decision deadline
(i.e.,
from September 7,
1993
until December
6,
1993).
The Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency
(Agency) has not filed a response to the motion.
The Board hereby grants LTV’s motion and stays this matter
until August 25,
1993.
The parties are directed to file status
reports.
Such status reports are to be received by the Board
