HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 9, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that discovery is proceeding as scheduled. The
complainant expressed concern about when a ruling will be made on its motion to amend the
complaint, filed December 5, 2005. On February 10, 2006, the complainant filed a motion to
expedite ruling on its motion to amend complaint.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on March 16, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
