    Modify Board Order,
    filed by the City of Peru
    (City)
    and the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)

    The joint mo~ionrequests tnat the Board modify Condition
    No.
    1
    of Board Order
    dated April
    1,
    1987,
    by deleting
    the
    completion date of July
    1,
    1988 and incorporating a revised
    schedule; however,
    the joint motion
    fails to show cause
    for such
    request.
    Notwitristanding this failure
    the Board grants the motion.
    However,
    the Petitioners shall provide
    this Board with an
    explanation or
    justification for the extension within
    35 days
    of
    the date
    of this order.
