    ROBERT
    F. KAUCHER, ATTORNEY FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
    JOHN
    D. FLYNN, ATTORNEY FOR RESPONDENT
    SUPPLEMENTAL OPINION
    AND
    ORDER
    (BY MR. ALDRICH):
    On December 13,
    1971, John
    D. Flynn, Attorney,
    filed
    a letter
    with
the Pollution Con~rol Board requesting clarification of the
    Board’s Order of November
    11,
    1971
    and also requesting at least
    60 days
to review the decision and to deliberate on
    a possible
    appeal.
The original Order of the Board gave Reeves until November
    30,
    (19 days)
    in which to file
an affidavit affirming that the new water
    supply system was
in operation as indicated in the record.
    This
    was
a reasonable period of time inasmuch
    as only an affidavit was
    required.
    Unfortunately,
    the order was
    not received by Reeves
    until December
    13.
    We therefore hereby modify
    the Order to require
    such an affidavit by January
    15,
    1972.
The original order also required Reeves to supply tests by Decem-
    ber
31, 1971 to show that water quality standards were,
    in
    fact,
being met by the new system.
    We hereby exterd
    to January
    30,
    1972
the date to supply tests as described in the original Order.
    We do not interpret 331(b)
of the Board’s Procedural Rules as
requiring that parties be supplied with the vote of each Board
Member since it states only that the opinion shall be published
    with the vote recorded.
Nevertheless, we are pleased to comply
    with the request.
    The vote was unanimous.
    I, Christan Moffett,
Acting Clerk of the Pollution Control Board,
    certify
    that
    the
    above
    Supplemental
    Opinion
    and
    Order
    was
    adopted
    on
    the
    21st
    day
    of
    December,
    1971
    by
    a
    vote
    of
    4-0.
