    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 27, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The respondent represented that it will file its response to the petitioners’
    motion for summary judgment on May 28, 2004. The petitioners stated that they anticipate filing
    a reply.
    The parties or their legal representatives are reminded that a telephonic status conference
    with the hearing officer is scheduled for June 24, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. The telephonic conference
    must be initiated by the petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
    appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
    captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
