HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 2, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. The petitioner represented
that discussions continue and that revisions to the draft permit may have to be made. Petitioner
represented that it will file a waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on April 6, 2006, at 9:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
