ORDER OF THE BOARD
 (by Mr. Young):
On February 26,
 1976, Petitioner
 filed a petition for
variance with the Board.
 The petition is inadequate in that
it fails
 to comply with the requirements of our Procedural
Rule
 401.
It is the Order of the Board that Petitioner shall amend
its petition within
 45 days of this Order
 to provide the
information required by Procedural
 Rule 401.
 Petitioner
 is
specifically directed to comply with Rules
 401(a)(iv),
 (vi),
(viii),
 (x), and 401(c).
 Petitioner
 is also directed to
supply information relating to
 its present bonded indebtedness.
Failure to
 timely file an amended petition shall cause the
petition to be dismissed without prejudice
 for inadequacy.
The 90-day decision period set by Section
 38 of the Environ-
mental Protection Act shall run from the date of filing the
amended petition.
