    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 2, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. Respondent made a verbal settlement offer which petitioner’s attorney believes
    petitioner will accept. The parties will continue to work on the settlement agreement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on July 6, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
      
    The decision deadline in this case is October 22, 2004.
