HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 30, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that it recently forwarded a penalty demand to the
respondent for review. The respondent represented that it is in the process of reviewing the
settlement demand.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status call with the hearing officer on
September 15, 2005, at 11:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the complainant,
but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
