HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 15, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that they anticipate a meeting discussing the penalty
demand with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency within the next 30 days. The parties
were directed to submit a proposed discovery completion date within the next 10 days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status call with the hearing officer on
November 3, 2005, at 11:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the complainant,
but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
