    This matter

    Environmental Protection Agency (~Agency”).
    The Agency requests
    that
    it
    be allowed
    to file
    its recommendation on or before
    December

    1985.
    It was due November
    15,
    1985.
    That motion
    is
    hereby granted.
    On November
    7, 1985,
    the Board entered
    an order
    in this
    matter requiring hearing
    to be held on or before December
    13,
    1985.
    Thus, Modine Manufacturing,
    Inc. would have only
    9 days
    prior
    to hearing
    to prepare a response to that recommendation.
    Furthermore,
    it has become impossible
    to publish timely notice
    for
    a hearing
    to be held prior
    to December
    13,
    1985.
    Therefore,
    the Board on
    its own motion hereby modifies its November
    7,
    1985,
    Order
    to allow the Agency until December
    3,
    1985,
    to file its
    recommendation,
    to allow until December
    1,
    1985,
    to schedule
    hearing,
    and
    to
    allow hearing
    to be held no later than February
    1,
    1986.
