    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by R.C. Fleinal):
    On February 1,
    1993 Southern California Chemical Company
    (SCCC)
    filed a petition for review of the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency’s modification of its RCRA closure plan.
    On
    January 20,
    1994 the Board ordered the parties to file a status
    report by February 14,
    1994.
    On February 14,
    1994 SCCC filed its
    status report that the Agency has reviewed its closure and post—
    closure plan and has requested a meeting with SCCC’s
    representatives to discuss the details of the plan and a
    settlement of this appeal.
    The Board accepts SCCC’s status report and directs the
    parties to file with the Board and hearing officer an additional
    report indicating the status of any ongoing negotiations between
    the petitioner and the respondent on or before Nay 9,
    1994.
