    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On November 8, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant will send a proposed stipulation and settlement agreement to
    respondents within the next week.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:45 a.m. on December 6, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
