INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by Mr. Werner):
On May 15,
1980, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
(“Agency”)
filed with the Hearing Officer a request for a 15—day
extension of time in which
to file the executed Stipulation,
Statement of Facts,
and Proposal for Settlement in this case.
On May 22,
1980,
the Hearing Officer filed with the Board a
letter which indicated that he granted the Agency’s post—hearing
motion requesting an extension of time within which to file the
executed Stipulation.
The Hearing Officer indicated in this letter
that the executed Stipulation, Statement of Facts,
and Proposal for
Settlement
was
to be filed with the Board on or before June 5,
1980.
However, as of this date, no such executed Stipulation and
Proposal of Settlement has been filed with the Board.
If no executed copy of the Stipulation is
filed within 21 days
of the date of this Order, this case
will, be subject to
dismissal
or decision upon the record before the Board.
