filed
a Motion
for Reconsideration of
the Board’s
September
17,
1987 Opinion and Order.
On November
12, 1987,
the
Agency notified the Board
that Pressnall has not accepted
a
certified
letter containing
a copy of the Agency’s motion.
The
Board’s procedural rules state
that
a response
to a motion for
reconsideration must
be filed
witriin
14 days after
the filing
of
the original motion.
Pressnall has not filed any type of
response.
The Board hereby grants
the Agency’s request
for
reconsideration.
At this time,
the Board will not consider
the
substantive rationale as
to now the Agency wishes the Board
to
cnange
its previous Opinion and Order,
but rather, by tnis Order,
the Board
is merely stating
that
it will reconsider
its September
17 Opinion and Order.
If Pressnall wishes
to submit any
responses
to tne Agency’s substantive position,
he must file
copies
of
that response with tne Board’s Chicago and Urbana.
