    Rule
    205(b)
    entered on December
    20, 1973 and R73-6, renders Texaco’s
    petition
    :For variance from Rule
    205(b) moot.
    Texaco
    is now
    in
    compliance
    with
    the amended Air Rule
    205(h) because Texaco
    is currently utilizing submerged pipe
    tank loading.
    Texaco’s
    petition for variance
    is hereby dismissed as moot.
