    On motion by Alton Box Board Company it is hereby ordered
    that the enforcement cases filed by the~Environmental Protection

    action bearing number PCB 74-5 be consolidated for public hearing.
    The hearing shall be held at a time and place as scheduled
    by
    the Hearing Officer Samuel L. Xanders.
