does

not

give

the

strength

of

the

discharges

of

sewage

which

occurred

as

a

result

of

the

alleged

failure

of

the

sewage

treatment

plant

nor

does

it

give

the

effects

of

this

discharge

upon

the re’~eiving

system.

Petitioner shall amend the Petition within

35 days

of the date of this

Order

and

provide the

information required.

Failure to

timely file the

Amended Petition shall render the

cause liable

to dismissal for inadequacy.

Petitioner shall also

file

a waiver of the 90—day decision period set by

statute

and

the

said

period

shall

run

from

the

date

of

filing

the

Amended

Petition.
