HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 17, 2006, the respondent filed a motion to postpone the hearing that was
previously set for January 25, 2006. Respondent represents that there is a substantial potential
for an agreement in the above-captioned matter that would alleviate the need for a hearing. The
complainant represents that it does not oppose this motion. To that end, the hearing scheduled
for January 25, 2006, is hereby cancelled.
 
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on February 16, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. The conference
must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
