This matter is before the Board on its own motion.
The last
action in this case was the parties’ joint and agreed motion for
continuance, filed November 25,
1992.
Pursuant to that motion,
a
hearing scheduled for December
2,
1992 was cancelled.
In the
motion, the parties stated that the matter is very near to
settlement or dismissal, that respondent was to produce
information which would allow such an outcome, and that
complainant would proceed upon receipt of the information.
No
further communication has been received by the Board.
The Board directs the parties to file a status report within
30 days of the date of this order.
Failure to do so will subject
this proceeding to dismissal for want of prosecution.
