    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On May 24,
    1985, Mobil Chemical Company (~‘Mobi1”) filed
    a
    motion
    for
    relief from Final Order
    in this case.
    On June
    1,
    1985,
    the Agency filed a Reply to Motion for Relief from Final
    Order
    and a Motion for Stay,
    On
    June
    12,
    1985, Mobil moved for
    expedited consideration and decision at
    the June
    13,
    1985,
    regularly scheduled Board meeting..
    The Board will defer action on the motion
    for relief
    from
    final order until
    receipt, of Mobil’s July 1,
    1985,
    filing and the
    appropriate Agency response.
    The Board will consider
    any
    modifications as expeditiously as possible after
    such filings.
    Since any modifications may
    be made
    retroactive, Mobil’s concerns
    regarding enforcement are minimized.
    Pursuant
    to paragraph
    5
    of
    the Board~sAugust 22, 1984,
    Order,
    Mobil was directed
    to file a report with the Agency not
    later than July 1, 1985~ The Board directs Mobil
    to
    file
    a copy
    of that report with the Board,
    The Agency is directed
    to file
    its response with the Board not later than August 15,
    1985.
