    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 1, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have started exchanging discovery documents, and will set up a
    meeting to discuss the possibility of settlement and/or a proposed discovery schedule.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on November 1, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
