HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 6, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that the respondents have alleged financial
hardship and will submit financial documents in their effort to reduce the penalty demand. The
respondents are directed to submit the financial documents on or before January 15, 2005. The
respondents’ attorney was directed to file his appearance on or before January 7, 2005.
Respondents are reminded that any document filed with the Clerk of the Board must also be
served individually on the hearing officer.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on March 10, 2005, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
