HEARING OFFICER ORDER
The parties have submitted a joint proposed discovery schedule and it is accepted
to the extent as follows. Complainant’s response to previously tendered discovery must
be served on or before December 20, 2005. Written discovery, including but not limited
to, interrogatories and document requests must be propounded on or before December 31,
2005. Responses to written discovery must be completed on or before January 31, 2006.
Notices of depositions, including but not limited to, depositions, subpoenas and subpoena
duces tecum
must be served on or before February 28, 2006. Oral discovery must be
completed on or before April 30, 2006. All dispositive motions must be filed on or
before May 1, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on January 19, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
