1982 the Illinois Environmental Protecbion
Agency
filed a motion for stay of proceedings in this matter
to allow for analysis of soil and monitoring well samples which cou1d
aid the settlement process.
No specific time period is requested,

there is no indication of the length of time needed.
However,
based upon the Agency’s representation that the respondents
have agreed that a stay is appropriate,
the Board hereby orders
that proceedings in this matter be stayed for a period of 60
days from the date of this Order.
If more time is needed,
a
motion for extension of the stay may be filed.
