    the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency filed requests for
    stay of Order which stays were granted on May 22,
    1986, and
    September
    11, 1986.
    The Septemmber 11, 1986, Order stated that
    this matter would be stayed until November 1, 1986.
    As November
    1 has passed wLth no subsequent filings,
    the stay has
    terminated.
    The Clerk
    is directed
    to close this docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
