    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 12 2005, the hearing officer was absent due to a funeral. The parties left a
    message reporting that respondent’s property is being foreclosed, and complainant will decide
    how to handle the situation.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:30 p.m. on February 14, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
