hearing officer. Respondent is planning to appeal the foreclosure of the property, and will
continue to clean the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:30 p.m. on March 28, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
