HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 6, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Respondent’s attorney is still waiting for respondent to authorize a noise expert. At the
last status call, respondent stated that its sound report would be completed by this time. Since
complainants are eager to proceed to hearing, respondent shall have thirty days to authorize a
noise expert, but no further extensions will be granted. Respondent requested additional medical
documentation from complainants, and complainants’ attorney will look into that request.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on August 9, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainants, although each party is responsible for their own appearance.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
