    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr.
    Seaman):
    Respondent is hereby granted leave,
    until July 26,
    1974,
    to accept refuse
    for use at the subject landfill
    site in order to
    fill in certain large
    depressions which have occurred on the surface thereof.
    We take this action
    in order
    to avoid
    the danger
    to public health posed by large bodies of
    stagnant water situated directly above refuse in a landfill.
    This Order
    is
    subject to
    the condition that Respondent diligently apply interim, and, when
    feasible,
    final
    cover
    to those areas which receive refuse.
    IT IS
    SO ORDERED.
