    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 8, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. Respondent has three alternative solutions that it will discuss
    with complainants’ noise expert.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 4:30 p.m. on December 13, 2005. The status conference shall be
    initiated by the complainants.
