    This matter comes before the Board on
    a joint status report
    filed by the People of the State of Illinois and Escast, Inc.
    (collectively,
    “the parties”).
    The parties state that they are
    continuing negotiations to resolve outstanding matters in the
    complaint,
    and expect that this matter should be resolved within
    45 days.
    The parties request that the Board order an additional
    status report be filed within 45 days.
    The Board orders the parties to file status reports no later
    than September 20,
    1993.
