    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 6, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are working with complainants’ noise expert to determine the best
    way to resolve this matter.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 4:30 p.m. on November 8, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainants.
