or

edge

this
material.
The
Board
notes
that
by
denying
this
Motion,
Petitioner
may
be
harmed by placing the material in the open files;
therefore,
the
material for which non—disclosure was requested is given
conditional
withdrawal.
The material shall be withdrawn from the public files
for
a. per-
iod of
30 days from the date of this Order,
and the Clerk of the
Board
is
ordered
to
do
so.
Petitioner may file
a proper Motion for Non-Disclosure, if such
Motion is filed within
30 days of the entry of this Order,
the mat-
erial shall not be returned to the public files pending determination
of
such
Motion.
