    This matter is before the Board on petitioner’s agreed
    motion for stay of proceedings and waiver of decision deadline
    filed April 26,
    1995.
    This motion requests an additional 120-
    day stay to pursue settlement.
    Petitioner waives the statutory
    decision deadline until December 24,
    1995.
    The agreed motion is granted. Both parties believe that
    there
    is no reason to hold a hearing at this time and that
    additional time would likely result
    in the resolution of this
    matter.
    Therefore, the stay in this matter is granted until
    August 26,
    1995.
