    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 21, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties will meet next week to begin settlement discussions.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on August 31, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
