    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 31, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
    status conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. The parties have been
    waiting a long time for respondent’s technical unit to review this case. Respondent is
    directed to inform the hearing officer how much additional time is needed.
     
    Petitioner’s attorney is directed to file an additional 90-day waiver of the decision
    deadline no later than February 14, 2006. If petitioner’s attorney would like to file a
    waiver of less than 90 days, the waiver must be accompanied by a written status report.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on March 7, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
    the petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline is currently May 18, 2006.
