HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 29, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties informed the hearing officer that respondent’s financial information
still needs to be forwarded to the complainant for review and to assist in the settlement
discussions. The respondent represented that it is striving to gather the needed information and
forward it to the complainant. It appears that the needed information needs to be reconstructed
due to a lost check register. The parties were directed to submit a proposed discovery schedule
within 7 days.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on August 25, 2005, at 10:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
