    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 3, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner
    plans to withdraw this appeal when respondent issues its revised operating permit. To
    avoid setting this case for hearing, petitioner must file an additional deadline waiver no
    later than April 3, 2006.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 30, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline for this case is currently July 6, 2006.
