    On November 16,
    1992, the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency (Agency)
    filed a motion for leave to file its response
    brief instanter.
    At the October 13,
    1992 hearing in this matter,
    the hearing officer specified that the Agency’s brief was to be
    filed on November 12,
    1992.
    The Agency asserts that petitioner
    has no objection to the motion and that no undue prejudice will
    result if the Board grants its motion.
    The Board hereby grants the Agency’s motion.
