    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 15, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent and complainant’s attorney are waiting to hear from the inspector
    regarding the best manner in which to clean the site.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 4, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
